The 2nd annual regional juried exhibit sponsored by the Cultural Council of Luzerne County will be on exhibit at the Luzerne Bank on the Square (next to the Kirby) in downtown Wilkes-Barre through Nov 16. Afa members Leigh Pawling, Michael Hockenbury and Charles Welles captured the top three prizes.
