Jeffrey Creedon’s Floral Shop is now open at its new location on the 300 block of North Washington, Scranton. This is a new venue on First Friday in Scranton, featuring the work of Jeffrey Creedon, James Penedos, Charles Welles and Mary Lou Chibirka.
