Deadline July 03, 2008 : DaVinci Art Alliance, a non-profit artist cooperative organization located in South Philadelphia, is accepting entries for Photo Synthesis, a multimedia juried awards exhibition of art employing photography or inspired by any photographic process such as collage, montage, photo-realistic painting and drawing, printmaking from photos, etc. Because of space restrictions, dimensions are limited to 36″ x 36″ for 2D work; 20″ x 12″ x 12″ for 3D work. All work must be prepared for display with proper framing, hooks, hanging wire, or proper equipment. Juror and Awards Judge: Jon Naar, internationally acclaimed photographer and author of twelve books on topics encompassing design, fine art, photojournalism, ecology, environment, architecture.
