Hexagon Project Exhibit at the Melberger

The Hexagon Project Exhibit features visual art and text by students from Africa, Australia, Asia and the United States. Its purpose is to invite the youth of the world to thoughtfully and creatively address the themes of Global Interdependence. Th Exhibit is a part of Interdependence Day events.
The exhibit opens on First Friday, September 5, from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Melberger Gallery at 123 Wyoming Ave. in downtown Scranton, and will continue through September 19. The opening night program will include:
“POW-WOW” Percussion of the World/Woodwinds of the work, drumming by Mountain View Jr.Sr. High School Students
Heart to Art: “Envision Interdependence: Hands-on Community Painting Experience”

Performance by the Diversified Children’s Chorus
